Financial Audit
Request for quote for audit

Trelya are looking to appoint an auditor to undertake an audit of Trelyas FYE25 accounts. Our financial year end is 31st March 2025.  The deadline for our accounts submission with Companies House is 31st December 2025.

Trelya is a registered Charity (1089634) and Company Limited by Guarantee (04315251). The last audit of Trelyas accounts was undertaken for the Year End 2018 accounts, but, as we have not exceeded the charity audit threshold we have not continued undertaking a yearly audit.

However, due to recently grant funded capital works during year end 2025 our income will exceed £1 million. We have budgeted for circa £1.7m but it could be nearer £2m due to additional capital grants we have secured this year since our budget.

We will continue to work with our accounts Community Accounting Plus as Independent Examiners.

We are therefore requesting a quote for the work and an indication of your availability to meet the submission deadline of 31st December 2025.

Please email procurement@trelya.com with your response.

Deadline: midnight on Friday 11th April 2025.
